Lorna Sackler, MD, FAAP

Lorna Sackler, M.D., F.A.A.P., is a native of Rockland County.  She graduated magna cum laude from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton with a B.A. in Biology.  She obtained her medical degree from S.U.N.Y. Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.

She completed her Pediatric Residency Program at the Schneider Children’s Hospital of Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
 
Dr. Sackler then went on to do a one-year fellowship in Academic Pediatrics at New York Medical College and served as Chief Resident in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Nyack Hospital.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and was board certified in 1998 by the American Board of Pediatrics.
 
Dr. Sackler lives in Montebello with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys getting together with friends and family.
